THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.23528 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, written instructions vide letter No.DP2/25032/12/2018, dated 18.09.2018, furnished by the Office of the Commissioner, Endowments Department, Gollapudi, Vijayawada, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader.

In the said letter, it is stated that on the complaint made by the petitioners No.1 and 2 herein, the Commissioner of Endowments ordered enquiry vide Memo No.M3/9623/2016, dated 29.09.2016, appointing the Special Deputy Collector, Land Protection Cell, Endowments Department, Tirupathi, with a request to enquire into the matter and to furnish enquiry report for taking further action. It is further stated in the letter that the Special Deputy Collector, Land Protection Cell, submitted detailed enquiry report on each allegation made by the petitioners No.1 and 2 vide letter, dated 09.02.2018 and certain allegations are found proved and certain not. It is further stated that the matter is under examination under Section 51 of the Endowments Act. In view of the above developments, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to take further action, strictly in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
