Bhosale) Mr.M.R.K.Chowdary, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners, submits that he has instructions not to press this writ petition, since the petitioners desire to make a representation to the concerned authority for redressal of their grievance.

Writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

It is open to the petitioners to make a representation if they so desire and advised, for redressal of their grievance. If any such representation is made and if it is permissible in law, the concerned authority may consider it in proper perspective and strictly in accordance with law.
