It is represented by Sri Gadi Praveen Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 01.06.2017, passed by this Court in W.P.No.26929 of 2015, and the same is not disputed by Sri T.Koteswara Rao, learned counsel appearing for the unofficial respondent.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 01.06.2017 passed by this Court in WP.No.26929 of 2015. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
