HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.2709 OF 2013 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief: "...this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ or order more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus or an appropriate writ or order declaring the action of the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 in not taking action against the respondents 5 to 8 on the complaints dated 26.12.2012 and 21.01.2013 of the petitioners as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to give police protection to the petitioners and pass....." The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that police have registered crime and taken up investigation. In view of the subsequent developments, no further order is necessary.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall no order as to costs.
