CVNR, J & MSKJ, J CC 354/2015 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dt.25.11.2013 in F.C.A.M.P. No.429 of 2013 in F.C.A. No.214 of 2012. At the hearing, Mr. B. Vijaysen Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent, submitted that after the case was last adjourned his client has paid the entire arrears and also the monthly maintenance amount upto December 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner has admitted this submission. In view of the above, the grievance with which the contempt case is filed by the petitioner stood redressed. Hence, the contempt case is closed.
