Petition, so far as petitioner No.1/A1 is concerned, is withdrawn today.

Petition so far as petitioner No.2/A2 is concerned, it is directed that petitioner No.2/A2 shall surrender before the XI Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar, Rachakonda District and seek for regular bail in which case the said Court shall dispose of the matter on merits on the same day.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
