O R D E R

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent in interfering with the manufacturing and sale of bio-products by the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary, and to direct the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 02.06.2010.

This court by interim order dated 20.07.2010, directed the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 02.06.2010 for grant of manufacturing and marketing permission in respect of bio-products in accordance with law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Agriculture for respondent.

In view of the interim order, no further order are required to be passed, and the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order dated 20.07.2010. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
