This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not registering a crime pursuant to complaint dated 05.07.2018 of the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Crime No.95/2018, dated 10.07.2018 is registered against the one G.Sadiq Basha, under Sections 341, 323, 506 IPC; and that investigation is taken up. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
