Seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioner in Crime No.215 of 2015 of Central Crime Station, Hyderabad, the present Criminal Petition is filed.

No representation on petitioner,s side on cal1. 3.
On the other hand, learned Additional public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submits that charge sheet is filed by the Police concerned and therefore, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to move a fresh petition in case the cause survives.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
