HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3199 of 2015 ORDER :

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking directions for early disposal of suit in O.S.No.733 of 2014 pending on the file of XXV-Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad.

As much as the suit is of the year 2014 and relatively earlier suits are pending before the trial Court, this Court is of the view that no ground is made out for grant of directions as prayed for, at this stage, in this petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. Revision petition is accordingly dismissed.

No costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
