When the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioner.

The petitioner is challenging the prescription of 36 years upper age limit for appointment to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher in the 1st respondent Society in their Notification, dated 17.6.2003. 3.

This Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim directions on 23.06.2003, directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in the ensuing selection.

In view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is accordingly closed. 5.
