HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.15597 OF 2014 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.340 of 2014 on the file of IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, where cognizance was taken for the offence punishable under Sections 403 and 406 I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for respondents.

Perused the order dated 17.12.2014 passed in Crl.M.P.No.16648 of 2014 in Crl.P.No.15597 of 2014. By modifying the aforesaid order, the Criminal Petition is given final disposal by partly allowing the Criminal Petition to the extent of presence of the petitioner/accused in C.C.No.340 of 2014 on the file of IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, is dispensed with but for as and when specifically required by the learned Magistrate for her personal appearance during enquiry on charges and trial. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
