HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.33100 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, for redressal of its grievance, the petitioner submitted a representation on 19.08.2017 to respondent No.3 - Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation but no action has been taken on the same and, in view of the same, petitioner is suffering irreparable hardship and loss. Eventually, a request is made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner to direct respondent No.3 to take appropriate action on the said representation, strictly, in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing respondent No.3 to verify the representation dated 19.08.2017 said to have been made by the petitioner herein and take appropriate action, strictly, in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to all the stakeholders.
