THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.294 OF 2016 ORDER:

This transfer criminal petition, under Section 407 of Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, is filed to withdraw Crl.A.No.715 of 2013 pending on the file of XIII Additional District & Sessions Judge, Rangareddy District at LB Nagar, and transfer the same to any other Court of District & Sessions Judge, Rangareddy District Courts Complex, at LB Nagar, on the ground that the learned XIII Additional District & Sessions Judge, Rangareddy District, is not evincing interest in deciding the appeal and on the other hand adjourned the matter, directing the parties for compromise, though the petitioner is not willing to enter into compromise, since 02.12.2014.

The learned XIII Additional District & Sessions Judge is not expected to insist the parties to enter into compromise. However, the learned XIII Additional District & Sessions Judge, Rangareddy District, is directed to decide the criminal appeal as expeditiously as possible, but not later than three months from today.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
