Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had given a representation dt.25-05-2018 for protecting burial ground meant for Schedule Community people in the subject land and that respondent Nos.3 and 4 are not taking any action thereon. 2.

Sri K.K.Durga Prasad, learned counsel appearing for 3rd respondent and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for 4th respondent states that respondent Nos.3 and 4 will dispose of the said representation within six weeks and communicate their decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.3 and 4 to dispose of petitioner's representation dt.25-05-2018 within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order and communicate their decision to the petitioner. No costs.
