Heard counsel for petitioner, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 4 and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, Standing Counsel appearing for 5th respondent.

It is stated by counsel on either side that the issue in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.18.12.2015 in W.P.No.32614 of 2015.

Therefore, for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also allowed directing the respondents 1 to 4 to release individual service connection to the petitioner on payment of requisite charges within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further, the same shall be subject to the decision of the Supreme Court of India in the matter pending before it challenging the order of a Division Bench of this Court dt.12.09.2012 in W.P.No.20407 of 2008 and batch. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
