THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.651 of 2013 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners for quashing the F.I.R. in crime No.6 of 2013 of Tadipatri Town Police Station, Anantapur District, in which the petitioners are shown as accused persons.

Learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that the police have carried out investigation and filed their final report before the learned Magistrate, Tadipatri, to treat the case as false case. Therefore, it is for the de-facto complainant to pursue the remedies available to him and simultaneously, preserving liberty to the petitioners also the appropriate legal remedy against the complainant for making a false complaint against them.

Hence, the criminal petition is dismissed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, pending in this petition, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
