While this Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by the sole accused to quash the proceedings against them in Cr.No.107 of 2013 of Talla Gurjala Police Station, Adilabad District, learned Additional Public Prosecutor by filing a letter dated 31-5-2017 issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Talla Gurjala Police Station would submit that the investigation was completed, Charge Sheet was already filed and the case was registered as C.C.No.386 of 2015 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bellampally and prayed to dismiss the petition as infructuous. No representation for the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
