HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6782 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner-A1 under Sections 437 and 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail to him in P.R.C.No.18 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jangareddygudem, West Godavari District.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The petitioner is alleged to have committed offences punishable under Sections 449, 302, 380 and 201 r/w 34 IPC. On the earlier occasion, the petitioner filed Crl.P.No.5985 of 2015 for bail and the same was dismissed on 6.7.2015. Again, the petitioner filed this petition.

There are no changed circumstances. In view of the same and in view of the nature of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
