Satyam Naidu ("the alleged detenu") before this Court and set him at liberty. At the hearing, Mr. K. Neelakanteswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
