wp_27922_2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of "Writ of Certiorari" calling for records relating to and connected with O.A.No. 9373 of 2013 on the file of the Hon'ble A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad and to quash or set aside the order dt: 14-11-2014 in O.A.No. 9373/2013 by holding as erroneous and contrary to law and to pass such other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Services (T.S.), having realized that the impugned order has worked itself out with the passing of the speaking order on 18-02-2015 and dismissal of C.A.No. 335 of 2015 in O.A.No. 9373 of 2013 by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad, requested for permission to withdraw the Writ Petition without prejudice to the petitioners' right to oppose W.P.No. 22134 of 2017. 3.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No. 34703 of 2017 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
