This petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not registering the complaint made by the petitioner dated 20.06.2018 against respondents 5 to 8.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner a case in Crime No.610/2018, dated 11.07.2018 was registered against respondents 5 to 8 under Sections 406, 420, 341, 342, 384, 506 IPC and investigation is taken up. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
