THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.19013 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "to issue an appropriate Writ or order or direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the notice no.4/TPS/C10B/GHMC/2017, dated 01.06.2017 issued by the 2nd respondent directing the petitioner to remove the tower within 3 days, without considering the representation dated : 03.06.2016 and as per the orders dated : 30.08.2016 passed in W.P.No.18937 of 2016 by this Hon'ble Court as arbitrary, illegal, without jurisdiction and contrary to the provisions of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955."

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to direct respondent No.1 herein to consider the representation, dated 03.06.2016, of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, respondent No.1 is hereby directed to consider the representation, dated 03.06.2016, of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. Till disposal of the said representation, respondents are directed not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
