HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No. 33999 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.

The grievance of the petitioner, in the present writ petition, is the alleged inaction on the part of respondent - Corporation in taking action on the application dated 22.06.2017 submitted by the petitioner herein for building permission.

At the hearing, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, if any such application is pending consideration, the same shall be considered, strictly, in accordance with law. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to pass appropriate orders on the building application, bearing No.1/C11/07815/2017 dated 22.06.2017, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, strictly, in accordance with law. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
