THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Writ Petition No.22822 of 2014 ORDER:

Challenge in this writ petition is to the action of the respondents in issuing current consumption bills to a tune of Rs.80,69,789/ - payable by the petitioner to Kodumuru Major Gram Panchayat of Kurnool District. At the hearing, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner would submit that the issue involved in this writ petition is covered by the order dated 02.12.2011 of this Court in W.P.No.28496 of 2010 and that following the said order, this Court disposed of W.P.No.25427 of 2010 by order dated 21.01.2015 and that therefore, the writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the said order. Copy of the latter order passed in the latter writ petition, W.P.No.25427 of 2010, is placed on record.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent does not dispute the fact that this matter is covered by the orders of this Court in the said earlier two writ petitions.

In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 21.01.2015 in W.P.No.25427 of 2010 and for reasons alike as were mentioned therein.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
