THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1919 of 2015 ORDER:

1. This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 13.7.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.906 of 2013 in M.C.No.197 of 2013 by the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, L.B. Nagar.

2. The petitioner is the husband of the 2nd respondent and the father of the 3rd respondent. The 2nd respondent filed the above M.C. seeking maintenance from the petitioner-husband. During the pendency of the above M.C., the 2nd respondent filed the above Crl.M.P. on her behalf and on behalf of her son, for interim maintenance. The Court below directed the petitioner to pay an amount of Rs.5,000/- p.m., to each of respondents 2 and 3 towards interim maintenance. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed this revision.

3. Heard and perused the material available on record.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the relationship between the parties and in view of the pendency of the main case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the revision case is disposed of with the following direction:

(i) The petitioner is directed to pay interim maintenance at the rate of Rs.2,500/- p.m., to each of respondents 2 and 3 on or before 10th of every succeeding month till disposal of the above M.C.; (ii) The petitioner is further directed to pay the arrears of maintenance at the rate fixed by this Court from the date of order in the above Crl.M.P.No.906 of 2013, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(iii) The trial Court is directed to dispose of the M.C. as early as possible.

(iv) The above order of this Court does not stand in the way of the trial Court in passing appropriate final orders in the above M.C. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _____________________ JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Dated: 9th September, 2015 Nn
