This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.19 of 2014 pending on the file of the Court of Special Judicial Magistrate I Class for Prohibition and Excise, Guntur Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh represented that the parties have compromised before the Lok Adalat in the said case and prayed to dismiss the petition. Recording the said submission, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
