THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7477 OF 2016 O R D E R :

In this Writ Petition, petitioner has challenged the action of the respondents in refusing to issue original MD (Radio Diagnosis) certificate to her, even though she had successfully completed the same in the year 2015 from the 4th respondent-College.

2. Sri Tadi Nageshwar Rao, Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent and the Government Pleader for Medical & Health appearing for respondents 1 & 3, contended that in similar circumstances a reasoned order has been passed by this Court on 20.06.2014 in W.P.No.16313 of 2014 to forthwith release the original MD certificate to the petitioner therein.

3. For reasons alike, this Writ Petition is allowed directing the respondents to forthwith release the original Certificate of MD in Radio Diagnosis to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
