The present writ petition is filed to declare the action of the fourth respondent in interfering into the civil disputes at the behest of the sixth respondent in respect of the petitioners' land to an extent of Ac.0.26 guntas in Survey No.78/P situated at Hafeezpet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

The case of the petitioners is that, despite the order, dated 26.11.2019, passed by this Court in W.P.No.26202 of 2019, whereby the sixth respondent was restrained from interfering with the possession of the petitioners in respect of the land falling in Survey No.78/P, the sixth respondent is now interfering with the possession of the petitioners indirectly through the fourth respondent.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 5 and Sri Ranganath, learned counsel appearing for the sixth respondent. 4.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of the written instructions, dated 04.12.2019, submits that the sixth respondent has given a complaint with regard to the land in Survey No.1009 of Kukatpally Village, being illegally trespassed by the petitioners. In so far as the land claimed by the petitioners forming part of Survey No.78/P admeasuring Ac.0.26 guntas situated at Hafeezpet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, is concerned, it is stated that the fourth respondent is not concerned with above said issue and that no complaint is received regarding the same from any individual or

from any official. Learned AGP further submits that the above land in Survey No.78/P, in respect of which the petitioner is claiming, does not fall within the jurisdiction of the KPHB Police Station. 5.

Having regard to the said submissions, admittedly since the land of the petitioners falls within the jurisdiction of Hafeezpet Police Station and the fourth respondent is only acting on the complaint of the sixth respondent in respect of the land in Survey No.1009 of Kukatpally Village, being trespassed, no orders restraining the fourth respondent in acting upon the complaint of the sixth respondent need be passed. 6.

The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
