O R D E R

(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This writ petition was filed seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus to produce the son of the petitioner, Adappah Raju, from the illegal custody of respondents 4 to 6.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader attached to the office of the learned Advocate General, State of Telangana, states that the petitioner's son was arrested in connection with Crime No.348 of 2015 on the file of Chandrayan Gutta Police Station and was remanded to judicial custody.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader would further state that he was enlarged thereafter on bail.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this writ petition does not survive.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
