HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE T.RAJANI I.T.T.A. No.557 of 2017 Judgment: (per V.Ramasubramanian, J.) The above appeal is filed by the Revenue raising the following substantial questions of law:
(i) Whether on the facts and in the circumstances of the case the order of the Tribunal is perverse? and (ii) Whether on the facts and in the circumstances of the case the Tribunal is correct in law in holding that the method of accounting adopted by the assessee is correct method of accounting?
2. Heard Mr. J.V. Prasad, learned Senior Standing Counsel for the appellant.
3. The substantial questions of law raised by the Revenue in the above appeal are already answered against the Revenue, in a batch of cases in I.T.T.A. No.436 of 2017 by order dated 18-7-2017.
