Sri Vedula Venkataramana, learned Senior Counsel for the 1st respondent submits that the 1st respondent proposes to file independent writ petition and he has instructions to withdraw WPMP No. 32102 of 2013 in Writ Petition No. 12519 of 2008 in which the order dated 06-11-2014, impugned in the present appeal is made. We do not find any reason not to allow the prayer made by the learned Senior Counsel for the 1st respondent. Hence, we pass the following order:

"WPMP No. 32102 of 2013 filed by the 1st respondent is disposed of as withdrawn and as a consequence thereof, the order impugned in the present appeal renders ineffective. It is open to the 1st respondent to file independent writ petition for appropriate relief. All contentions on merits of the case are kept open."
