ORAL ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue and with their consent, writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

Petitioner claims to be owner of land to an extent of Ac.14.09 guntas in Survey Nos. 148/3, 148/4/2, 148/5, 148/6, 148/7, 148/8 and 148/9, Chunchupalli village and mandal, Bhadradhri Kothagudem district. Petitioner alleges that earlier he was issued with pattadar pass books and title deeds and even though the pattadar pass book is made ready bearing Khata No. 60027 and Pass Book No. 727090010349 but the physical copy of the pass book is not issued. The photo copy of the proforma pass book is enclosed as Ex.P1.

That being so, petitioner is granted liberty to make application to the Tahsildar-3rd respondent to forthwith release the pass book to him and on making such application, the Tahsildar shall consider the same and release the pass book, if there is no other impediment or any changes affected in the revenue records or third parties made any claim. Such decision shall be taken within a period of two weeks from the date of submission of application by the petitioner. 4.
Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
