ORDER

This petition under Section 24 of C.P.C., is filed to withdraw and transfer M.V.O.P.No.385 of 2013 pending on the file of the District Judge-cum-Chairman MACT, Nalgonda to the Court of VI Additional District Judge-cum-Chairman, MACT, Mahabubabad, Warangal District.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the counsel for respondents reported no-objection to withdraw and transfer the aforesaid MVOP and endorsed the same on record. 3.

In view of the said endorsement made by the counsel for respondents on record, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and M.V.O.P.No.385 of 2013 pending on the file of the District Judge-cum-Chairman, MACT, Nalgonda, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of VI Additional District Judge-cum-Chairman, MACT, Mahabubabad, Warangal District. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
