THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.14937 OF 2016 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
"to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing guidelines his Lr.No.1090/EGS(FI), 2014, dated 29.07.2015 and Lr.No.1090/EGS(FA), 2015, dated 11.08.2015 and consequential termination orders issued by 4th respondent in terminating the service of petitioner as Field Assistant in Vetapalem Village & Mandal, Prakasam District in his Rc.No.A2/Hrcell/ FA&SM/941/2015, dated 22.08.2015 without any reason or basis and that too without issuing any notice and without conducting any enquiry as illegal, unjust, arbitrary, discriminative, highhanded, motivated colourable exercise of power, without jurisdiction misuse of official power, whimsical and fanciful and against the principles of natural justice and against Article 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the same and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble High Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

When the matter is called, it is represented by Sri M.Chalapathi, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner so also Sri M.S.Ramachandra Murthy, learned standing counsel, appearing for the respondents that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.27468 of 2015 and batch, dated 31.12.2015.
3. Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of, in terms of the above said order. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the
