This Civil Revision Petition under Section 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the Order dt.27.06.2013 in I.A.No.355 of 2012 in O.S.No.183 of 2004 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Tadepalligudem dismissing the application filed under Order I, Rule 10 CPC.

During the pendency of this petition, as there was no stay, O.S.No. 183 of 2004 was disposed of by the trial Court on 10.04.2014. As the O.S. itself was disposed of on 10.04.2014, the petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
