ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dt.3.12.2013 in W.P. No.29587 of 2013.

At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (TS) has submitted that after the case was last adjourned, the respondent has passed an order dt.24.11.2015 on the representation of the petitioners, as directed by this Court. The learned Assistant Government Pleader has furnished a copy of the said order. Mr. M. Pitchaiah, learned counsel, representing Mr. D. Linga Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that by passing the said order, the respondent has complied with the order in W.P. No.29587 of 2013. In view of the same, the contempt case is closed, however, with liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate legal remedy, if they feel aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent.
