HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 18837 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent. There is no necessity to put the unofficial respondent on notice as this Court is not venturing to adjudicate the issue on merits.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to remove the encroachment and illegal construction made by respondent No.3 in the petitioner's premises bearing No.1-9-12/1 towards southern side situated at Kishan Nagar Colony, Azampura, Medak Town.

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the second respondent to dispose of his representation dated 30.05.2016 at the earliest. Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to dispose of the representation dated 30.05.2016 made by the petitioner, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, if the same is made and still pending consideration. It is needless to mention that the second

respondent shall hear all the persons concerned including the petitioner and third respondent before passing orders on the representation dated 30.05.2016. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
