Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Criminal Revision Case with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition seeking appropriate relief.

Permission is accorded. Accordingly, granting the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
