THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR Tr.CMP.No.387 of 2013 ORDER:

This Tr.CMP., is filed to transfer D.O.P.No.2/2013 from Senior Civil Judge, Proddatur, Kadapa District to any Court preferably Family Court at Ranga Reddy District.

2. This matter was adjourned twice on 04-03-2016 & 11-3-2016 on the request of Advocate for petitioner and in spite of that, no interest is evinced in prosecuting the case.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, neither Advocate for petitioner is present nor any representation is made.

4. Considering these aspects, I am of the view the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case, therefore, this Tr.CMP., is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Tr.CMP., shall stand dismissed.
