Heard the counsel for petitioners, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

The petitioners contend that petitioners have been granted house sites by the 3rd respondent on various dates, but the boundaries of the said land were removed by some miscreants; that they made representation on 03.08.2009 to conduct survey and show to the petitioners the boundaries of the house site plots allotted to them, but the 3rd respondent has not taken any action in that regard. 3.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that if the petitioners give a fresh representation to 3rd respondent for the above purpose, the 3rd respondent will take action thereon within reasonable time.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to conduct survey and locate the plots allotted to petitioners by him, if the petitioners submit a representation within a period of two (02) weeks from today. No order as to costs. 5.

The 3rd respondent shall complete this exercise within eight

(08) weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
