O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider the objections dated 09/8/2016 filed by him in pursuant to the publication of Form No. 6 [A] dated 23/6/2016, issued under Section 11 [1] of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Re-settlement Act, 2013 [Act No.30 of 2013] [for brevity 'The Act'] and to pay compensation to the petitioner in respect of the subject-property to an extent of Acs: 7-13 guntas in survey No. 8 situated at Repakagommu village of Velerupad Mandal, West Godavari district, Andhra Pradesh and to pass such other suitable orders as this Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

2. Heard Sri Akkam Eshwar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue [AP] for respondents 1 to 3.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the award regarding the aforesaid land has not been passed and the respondent No.2 has not considered the objections dated 09/8/2016 filed by the petitioner, which will cause irreparable loss to the petitioner.

4. Learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of second respondent submits that while passing the award, objections of the petitioner as mentioned above, will be considered within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. In view of the statement made by the learned Government Pleader, I hereby direct the second respondent to consider and dispose of the objections dated 09/8/2016 filed by the petitioner while passing the award and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. I further make it clear that reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner shall be afforded before taking decision on

his objections dated 09/8/2016. The second respondent is directed to communicate the orders passed on the objections dated 09/8/2016 in writing within one week thereafter.

7. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. No costs.

8. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
