On the earlier occasions, that is, on 19.12.2017 and 22.01.2018, there was no representation for the appellant. Hence, the appeal was directed to be listed on 03.01.2018 under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Inspite of listing the appeal under the caption 'For Dismissal, there was no representation for the appellant. Again, the appeal came up today under the same caption. Even on this day, there is no representation for the appellant. It indicates that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal. 2.

Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for default. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.

There shall be no order as to costs.
