HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.22480 of 2013 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: "... to issue an appropriate writ, order or directions more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents No.1 and 2 and their subordinates in calling the petitioner to the PS LB Nagar, Cyberabad District at L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad, regularly and by detaining the petitioner forcing to handover the bore well vehicle bearing No.AP 28AA 3178, Chasis No. LB H 056650, Engine No.UBH340077 of 2001 Model, Ashok Leyland Limited Make AL-1616 Respondent with rig unit, as illegal, arbitrary and without due process of law and amounts to violation of Articles of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents No.

1 and 2 and their subordinates, not to interfere with the petitioner's personal life and his bore well business in any manner henceforth." Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2, on instructions, brought to the notice of the Court that the respondent police never called the petitioner to the L.B. Nagar Police Station, Cyberabad, at any point of time affecting his personal life and liberty.

In view of the above said submission made by the learned Government Pleader, this Court is of the opinion that no cause would survive in the writ petition.
