In view of the subsequent developments in the subject matter, the petitioner sought permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge proceedings dated 03.12.2019 by the Deputy Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise, Medak Division at Sangarredy before the concerned authority.

Permission is accorded as sought for.
