O R D E R

Apprehending that the respondents may acquire the subject land of the petitioners situate at Chintalapalli Village, Sangem Mandal, Warangal District, without following the procedure contemplated under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, for establishing the textile park, the present writ petition has been filed.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced copy of the written instructions issued by the 4th respondent - Tahsildar in Rc.No.B/1299/16 dated 19.9.2016, wherein it is stated as under: "That no patta lands pertaining to Chinthalapalli Village of Sangam Manal in Warangal District are selected for the acquisition of Textile Park going to be established by the State Government. In Sangem Mandal so far no survey has been done for acquiring lands and also no notices were also issued to the writ petitioners herein for acquiring their patta lands so far.

Further it is also submitted that the notification for acquiring the lands for the establishment of Textile Park in Sangam Mandal has not been issued so far by the LAO"

Recording the above statement the writ petition is closed. However respondents have to follow due procedure in case they want to acquire the land of the petitioners.

No order as to costs.
