Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A2 and learned public prosecutor, representing the 1st respondent - State, before ordering notice to the 2nd respondent. 2.

There is nothing to admit the petitioner much less to interdict the investigation. Hence, this criminal petition is disposed of, for any remedy regarding the apprehension of arrest of the petitioner in a non-bailable offence punishable above seven years is otherwise for not even a case under section 41A Cr.P.C. observation so to direct. 3.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
