For the reasons submitted by him, this petition is allowed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court on or before 19-07-2018 and move an application seeking recall of N.B.Ws. issued against them, in which case the trial Court shall recall the N.B.Ws. on the same day.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
