Sri L. Prabhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that in view of the interim orders passed in WPMP No.30852 of 2005, dated 10.11.2005, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition and the writ petition may be disposed of as infructuous.

2. Recording the said submission, the instant Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
