HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1745 of 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order dated 14.07.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.21717 of 2015 in W.P.No.16733 of 2015 on the ground that even though this Court directed the respondents to pay compensation to the petitioner in accordance with law, they have not complied with the said order by calculating the compensation in accordance with law.

The learned Counsel for the respondents submits that the compensation was calculated as per the rules and the calculation sheet was also communicated to the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

Since the main writ petition is pending, this Court is not inclined to pursue the present contempt case. However, it is open to the petitioner to raise all contentions at the time of hearing of the main writ petition.
